When hiring my services, I will request the following from you:

• Details of your copy (type of copy, word/page count, deadline of completion)

• A copy of your style guide (if necessary)

I will only use this information to:

• Contact you regarding the progress of your copy

• Invoice you

• Fulfil my obligations to the Autoridade Tributária e Aduaneira (Portuguese tax authority)

I will keep this information, along with the signed terms and conditions, in my files for a minimum of five years to comply with the regulations of the Autoridade Tributária e Aduaneira (Portuguese tax authority).

I will not share your data with any person or corporation unless required by the Autoridade Tributária e Aduaneira (Portuguese tax authority).
